no, you would have made it 50/50 exactly! ha. Then what would we do? argue about it? Have another vote and hope for a worse voter turnout?
Roxy, if you feel so strongly, you can go an start another vote in the LPC, but I wonder how many people with bother to vote on the same thing twice?
