Yes I think US may be the way to go and cross my fingers on the fees.
I'm veering towards the Cane Creek, I can get it for less than £70 delivered with a special offer from a site that posts internationally and I keep finding posts on US bike forums saying that the quality of the 110 innards beats Chris Kings. Either way I reckon it will be fine for me and look nice.
