I bought a chris king 2nut from aspirevelotech in the usa, cost about £75 postage is free, but i was stung with £11 customs plus 8 handling fee, oh and it took 3 weeks to arrive!
in the end it would have been easier to just pay a little extra and lose the hassle.
I know this doesnt exactly answer your question, but just saying ordering from the usa is/can be quite a pain.
