Yeah - the hed3 track is like hippy said a bolt on Fixxer.. It sounds like it needs tighting, I've heard of them separating on the street after hard abuse. I would check all the axle bolts, spaces etc. It shouldn't have any play if its all tight. Also check your chain-line.. Its a lot but it will save your wheel in the long run.
