I Am interested in getting some moustache bars but was just hoping someone could answer me a question, I have old Old Holdsworth SS converstion.... I did have drops on and used some cross top levers...
Then I swapped to some On-One Mary bars, and instead of using a shim type thing I got some shimano levers like these or similar.. They dont need a shim....
Am I right in saying that most bars are for a 25.4 clamp? I assume this is what I have as I think its what the Mary Bars fit....
So, on the whole are drops normally a larger diamter hence if not using hoods you can use cross top levers (are they normally 26?)...
So if I get say some random moustache bars that I know have a 25.4 clamp size, is it probably true that I could use the Shimano levers?
