There is an older thread and I have contacted those people, but just in case anyone else has one.

Isn't that the same size as a Campagnolo / Sugino / Shimano BB Tool (fixed cup) or a wrench for a 1-1/8" threaded headset?
Many people have those tools. Me too. You can borrow one, but I may be a bit too far away.

its 36mm so its similar to a lot of tools, but the the edge to grip on the BB is very thin and makes it trickey to use conventional spanner. The trick with the proper tool is that it fits all the way around the cup and reduces the chance of it slipping off and gives you more leverage.
