i posted this in the 'what to do in the case of an accident' thread but this thread seems more active.
I need an answer to this fairly soon...
"So is there a list anywhere of the best lawyers to go with?
I've been in contact with CycleAid regarding an injury I have sustained in an RTA. They seem great, but I have been thinking if there is a claim to be made then I should go with the lawyers that will get me the most money (this may sound slightly distasteful).
I contacte National Accident Helpline, but they seemed like a big call centre operation in comparison to Cycle Aid's small office, which i prefer.
Should I assume NAH will be better at making a bigger claim or should i consider that a specialist cycling lawyer might know how to make the case for a cycling injury better than a company that deals with all personal injuries?
