My two peneth, Yes I would have guessed Bottecchia. I don't like to guess as my knowledge is limited. But my frame is identical to all the close ups. If it is a Bottocchia I would be Columbus of some description around 86 would be spot on as thats what mine is. I would expect that there was a bit if chrome (Forks, Seat stays and dropouts etc.)
I don't know what model mine is but it looks nice. ; )
