eighthinch do some pretty decent bullhorns. Mine are 40cm wide (with a 26.0 clamp) they do wider too. don't forget the shipping when you are amazed at the price on their webiste, still good value though, i'm really happy with mine.
Also, if you after wide-ish bullhorns check out charge bars, they stock them in quite a few evans. they are flat and quite wide, not sure on the clamp size though.
