This is a very nice frame set 531 or even higher grade steel it's mega light not sure of the maker but I think it maybe a holdsworth or better the lugs are very nice I have just had it powdercoated today in bright red the close ups look like an orange but it is bright red has a brand new headset and is drilled for a modern brake the dropouts are Campagnolo as are the fork ends.Its for 700c
