Right this isn't quiet on topic, but i figured it was better posting in here than starting a new thread, so for any one interested below is a cut and paste jobbie from an email i received after signing the petition.

We have until 12th February to convince the British Government to save the Chagos islands, one of the most important marine environments left on earth, by creating a protected area larger than the Great Barrier Reef.
Please visit the site and sign the petition to encourage the government to make the Chagos Protected Area a reality.
