also do you make this in your flat? how do you stand it? as much as i love marmalade the smell of it cooking is like murder, used to clear our house for hours when my mum made batches.

I love the smell! Love it. I didn't even realise it was possible not to like!

Wow, did you make that much from the couple of kilos of oranges you got off me? Guess you must have got some more, I have loads of sharp and tangy marmalade going in brixton/lambeth but nowhere near as pretty looking jars! I am mid-way through making some with black treacle and Whiskey though. . .

Sounds lovely. Couldn't stop making and had to get more oranges! If you've more I'll take 'em too...maybe we could do a jar of marma-trade?
