Hey Joe,
we will need a lot more photos of your frame if there is a chance to identify it...as it is it has 'standard' nervex pro lugs, which are nice however there are not exclusive to the pretty red bike, many of the frame builders of that time (worth their salt) used nervex lugs either standard or modified (when building).
pictures of the whole frame with clearances, the forks, the rear triangle, the other braze ons (if there are any) would be really useful
