Whats your point? He's on other forums, aren't most of us? He's sold a few things for remarkably low prices and forum members have had a few total bargains... he's probably realised he can ask for higher prices than he'd originally thought. Maybe he'll make a donation when he's finished clearing his stuff out? He's put his number in most of the threads so people can actually phone and ask for info rather than typing a big ad up.

There are some situations where there is a point in making cynical posts about people's for sale threads but I don't see how it helps in this case.

Also, the fact he is actually selling here (those frames were not shifting on other site) maybe it's worth making the effort to wait a day, or 2 and post all images and info together to start with, for him* and any buyers.

*When i spoke to him he was having a mare with who has said what, dibs what and pm'ed him on his gear.

Raleigh track frames usually go for biiiig dorra... Surprised if its 501 tubing, maybe a mistype, I thought they were usually 531 but I'm no vintage Raleigh expert. If its a Raleigh track frame £400 sounds about right. Think he's dropped the price to about £380 now anyway.

My point was that if you want to sell something, in exchange for a significant chunk of someone else's hard-earned, 8 random words, no punctuation, no price and no pictures feels like piss take.
