It's 56 c c, so it'll be 57.5 ish to top. Plus it's sloping top tube so I'm guessing it'd measure up around a 60 in real terms.
You see mountain bikes recently with all that post out? Makes sense on a trick bike like this to keep the frame small just like them (more standover, more strength)
