Raleigh track frames usually go for biiiig dorra... Surprised if its 501 tubing, maybe a mistype, I thought they were usually 531 but I'm no vintage Raleigh expert. If its a Raleigh track frame £400 sounds about right. Think he's dropped the price to about £380 now anyway.
