I stumbled upon this thread while trying to find out more about my Bianchi Mega Pro.
I currently run it as a singlespeed without any means of tensioning the chain.
I do this with a gear ratio of 39t (which was one of the rings on the stock 39/53 double Campy Chorus crankset) combined with a standard 16t BMX cog.
This gives me a perfect chainlength if I use a half-link in my chain.
Assuming this has identical chainstays, who ever buys this could do the same.
