The Handlebars are Nitto 123AA and are 36cm wide with a 25.4 clamp and pantographed CWMC2009TOKYO on the right side.
The stem is a Nitto Pearl 80mm stem with a 25.4 clamp, it's pantographed CWMC2009TOKYO on both sides, and has the CWMC Tokyo logo printed on the front.
