But it is still intended for a 40mm stem which would make it 62.6 which would be same as 52 TT with an 11cm stem (in other words a small rider)
Of course you could put an 11cm stem on the Scissor but I feel the rider would be buying the wrong style of frame if they plan on an 11cm stem.
