I suggest you re-read it. Miche cranks and BBs are ISO taper too.
campagnolo bb's have iso taper, so the chainline will be 4mm further out, than with the specified 107mm bb.
As far as I know the Campag Centaur bb has an overall spindle length of 111mm, which is symmetrical. So despite being 4mm longer than the recommended 107mm Miche, it only moves the chainline 2mm out
ah yeah, maths fail on my part.
shimano bb's have jis taper, so installing the iso miche cranks on 110mm jis taper is the same as using a a 114.5mm iso bb, as iso cranks on jis spindle sit 4.5mm further out than they would on an iso spindle of the same length.
this part also contains maths fail. using a 110 mm jis taper bb with iso cranks would be the same as using 119mm iso bb.
