I'd have thought that the whole point of being a bike thief is to sell the thing on later. Even if they did see this thread I doubt it would change anything.
Remember when Henry's GH was stolen and recovered? It turned out the guy who had it had actually bought it down the line and wasn't the guy who pinched it originally. Just guessing but if I were a bike thief I probably wouldn't ride what I'd stolen.
