Carhartt liner is a heavy thermal one not fleecy, see pic below

King Kog is on a Lee Heavy Weight Sweatshirt so should be 102-106cm / 40-42 inch

Yeah it is large for a large and I think that's why i wasn't into it.
I actually had to recheck it was a Large before posting...
