How well do those berthoud guards cope with tight calipers? Currently have some plastic SKS ones and they do flex slightly when hard braking.
NB, Nitto racks may look nice but they are a PITA to fit, lots of different sized nuts/bolts that require 4/5 different tools, and are high(er) maintenance. Tubus, whilst not as nice looking, are dead easy to fit, bit cheaper and great.
