My bike ride 17th Jan 2009 :D Stoke Newington to Tower Bridge

I have to admit I chickened out, not ebcause of the snow but mainly because of the distance. I only ever really did 10MPH before and 3 miles isn't much.

Good on you guys for organizing your own ride and documenting it and stuff! As for chickening out, if you get your guys to do one of the bigger rides, or even one other friend, it's much easier! The longest ride I think I'd ever done prior to the Tweed Ride in Jan '09 was about 10 miles and the Tweed was 22.5! Just goes to show you don't know what you can do until you do it. Plus, often the social rides are much slower, though there was that one Bridges ride where everyone basically raced around the city. Still, it was wicked fun!
