Yeah Multi I agree with you. Constant turning of the proverbial blind eye isn't doing us all favours in the long run. I'm a chicken shit scaredy, but am able to attempt to engage with people who really are talking the piss, if I get the chance and if I'm feeling able to get into it. The phone handset thing really ought to become mandatory for all of us to have a word: you're four times more likely to be in an RTA using a handset whilst driving. Tell them!
