Wanted: Tiny, anything 48 or smaller

Hello,
I am after a small frame for a chika, she is wee, very very wee. It will be her first bike, so nothing flash. Let me know what you have.

What sort of budget?

There's a 43cm Fuji track on ebay with a buy it now of £250 that is about as 'wee' as you can get.

They have very small track bikes at Newport Velodrome don't know if they ever sell them off, probably about the same size as that Fuji as they put big 8 year olds on them

I've got a 48cm raleigh medalle frame, with horizontal top tube. Not sure what size wheels it takes (too small for 700c) There's a dent in the downtube but could be a decent beater/project perhaps.

Yeah I did fit some 24'' off a kids mtb on it, albeit still with loads of clearance even with fat tyres. I think 26'' mtb with slicks may fit, but old 26'' Road wheels are too big. 650c's fit it aswell. I think if it had 24'' wheels on it would probably be too small for an adult though.

Maybe Hoops is selling a frame.
