I tend to judge something by judging those who advocate it. Raw food-ers tend to be narrow minded and superior. That some food is better for you raw doesn't mean raw food is better for you. Lots of foods, contrary to popular belief are better, i.e. more of the main nutritious constituent is digested, if they are cooked. It just depends.
