Sub 'Missus' for 'Doris'
Clip in all the way, I've had a pair of shimano mtb shoes for at least 7 yrs, never changed the cleats and they still work fine. (Even if they are a bit tatty on the inside.)
I would like to try a different pedal system this year though as I'm sometimes coming unclipped in spds while sprinting with rather painful results.
