Why would you do that? What's wrong with a good old fashioned screw driver in the tire? If you've got a knife on you (which I would obviously never suggest you carry) then cut the tire just enough that it can't be repaired.

Lack of effort fail

I always carry a portable mig welder, a wheel clamp shaped like a t bone and a gallon of unleaded. When someone carves me up I clamp their car, weld their doors shut and have a good old fashioned roadside burning at the stake......
