Well, this was from last year so this is our 'old' court and im not a fan of those small goals. Now we play on a full sized hockey rink - but still with fixed goals, but they are much larger, regular hockey sized I guess.
The only time i've tryed to play with cones was at the ECMC, but I never did see anything 'good' about cones other than the fact that they move if you crash into them :). For me, playing with cones leaves too much up for discussion concerning scoring heights, passing through them from behind, putting them back in place if moved etc. But like I said, i've only tried it in Berlin and once in London at the Euros.

Didnt quite get what you mean by the 'good avert for no crossbar' thing?

Those metal goals seem a little brutal, but plastic ones might be okay?
@treo - Are your new goals plastic? You prefer them over cones without question?
I agree that the metal goals are a bit brutal, but thats because they're heavy as hell and bolted firmly in the ground so they won't move an inch if you crash into them.
Our new goals are regular iron roller hockey/ice hockey goals, but they're not bolted to the ground so they move if you crash into them, but no if you just 'touch' them. And id take them over cones any day.

shit.
well, it's great, and it's been around since 1938, it's totally worth seeing again.
Its not related to London in any way, but if you're half as geeky as I am, everything polo related is fun to watch. The Danish national television came out to our little tournament and made this little video. Theres some danish talking about the the game, tournament etc, but check it out!
