rant/ plus cambridge council can't be arsed, they're too busy spending money on their useless staff, thinking up ways of getting people to stop driving cars (by charging them to enter the city they work in) and avoid paying for the guided bus (that they owe the contractor millions on because they're useless at understanding contracts) to care about the massive obesity problem facing our city and that by providing better sports facilities more kids might lose weight (and stop theiving from boredom) therefore saving money to employ more useless cunts to continue the cycle of never-ending bureaucracy and red tape bollocks that we have to endure day in day out.
