Tour Down Under

Does anyone know if this is being covered anywhere in the UK other than on Sky? Some of us can't afford every channel!

I think only Sky, ITV4 did it last year I think.

Highlights on sky pro cycling website.

I was quite happy with the ITV4 coverage of last years racing. They covered a lot of stuff and it was always on their website to catch up if missed.

I remember last year I watched some online coverage of the tour down under. I'll see if I can find that one again.
*edit. I've just remembered it was the tour of california I watched online. No luck with down under yet.

The Port Adelaide Cycling Club has proposed supporting an "obscure European pro rider" during the 2010 TDU. See here for details

I live in Adelaide and so will be cheering Mr Vic Hot from the sideline, except for the Fri stage where I will be riding it, along with 8000 others.

Vic is hot at the moment. Melbourne had its hottest night on record. Overnight LOWEST temp of 32.5degC!

It just cooled down. Bliss!

I am very excited as I am going to be in Adelaide the last couple of days of the TDU.

That doesn't help us poor folk back in the UK trying to watch it!

Apparently not. I think yhis will become the norm as Sky take over the rights to more and more races. Clamping down on free torrent sites.

I'm not upping my Sky sub until they give me a free HD box. I like reading cyclingnews anyway.
