  • I was'nt trying to critisize or put a dampers on things. Most of the people I've talked to who have gone down the custom route, have based things on an existing frame, and just tweeked things (its not copying its flattery). I reckon as long as you have the fit down, go for it.

    My fault here, wasn't taking it as criticism, or at least not in a pejorative way*... don't want to give that idea anyway. All comments are welcome!

    I am in fact a bit worried for doing all of this from a distance...but they will always have the final word, and it'll be reviewed by the experts, so 'tis all good there.
    Really like your choices there^^, Ti frames give me the horn, but my wallet doesn't give a flying fck about that.
    I was told that by the builder that the choice of Aluminum (Easton), would be cheaper than steel (Reynolds, Columbus or Vitus GT)...now, I'm aware of most diferences (pros&cons) of Aluminum vs Steel, but in case of choosing Aluminum, would that be compromising too much? (Rigidity-wise)
