I think this doesn't work.
Your kit seems to be for freehub & cassette systems, not for screw-on blockt / multiple freewheels.
If you hammer the ring with 2 holes (mostly LH threads), you either make it tight or you end up with a bunch of springs, pawls and balls.
You may need a single speed screw-on freewheel.
But your info is not 100% clear to me.
