Man I half wish I'd taken this off you to use as a commuter and stop my nice bike getting ruined before they build the velodrome. If you manage to put together a list of stuff you have then forward it on to me. Might be up for a set of wheels or hubs to build a spare set. Will give you a shout tomorrow evening about the BB if that's OK, just off to bed.
