a big up to the BLB crew.
came in to get my rims (hplus formations) and turns out they didn't have a 36h 650 for me with a braking surface, but had a 32 to offer. super apologetic because yanoosh (spelling? soz) thought they had done. he rummaged through everything to find me a super cheap hub (because i had a pair already) and wound up knocking something further down past sale prices to help me out. great dudes.
i've never had a problem with blb myself though.
also harry (i think it was harry) was really helpful to Daveo's ms. when she was trying to get her first bike (schwinn) and was in general a funny and knowledgeable chap.
keep up the good work chaps.

Alright, some credit where it's due.
Just came back from BLB where all the staff were super friendly! Like, the most friendly bike shop I've been too.
I had a chat with the American lady (owner?) about might my build, and she was really helpful and chatty even though she was really busy. She offered some interesting advice on parts and took it on the chin when I pointed out cheaper places.
Refreshing.Glad you had a good experience.
That was indeed one of the owners. Feya. Israeli though. :) -

I'm confused. Are we talking about the same place?
I've been there three times, and they've always been horrible to me! -
