For Sale: Brooks, Wrights, rims, tyres and a cassette

I'm having a little clearout...

Brand new Continental Whitewall tyres. They're 700x20 and look amazing.

Brand new FIR Zenith rims. Red anodized. One is 32 hole, the other is 36. 700 again.

Wrights Olympian saddle. Awesome leather saddle. Old but good condition. The leather's still supple and no rips or tears. Hand hammered rivets. At some point in it's life it has gone to Brook's for a service or repair and they've stuck a Brooks logo on the back. I really like this saddle it's got some interesting stuff going on, but I have saddles aplenty.

Dura Ace 8 speed cassette. Used but good. 13-23t (I think there's some confusion with a particular model of Dura-Ace cassettes, but this one fits on the current standard Shimano 8, 9, 10 speed cassette hub.)

I'm in Brixton but could meet somewhere.

I am also looking for a chain tensioner at the moment for a mountain bike conversion. Would consider swapping maybe? Or buying obviously.

I have a DMR Simple Tension Seeker (the old one, not the Tension Seeker 2) which you can have, I also have a 16t sprocket from a freewheel conversion kit which came with it. I think I can dig out all the original fixings too. It's lightly used and modified to take a 1/8 chain, rather than a 3/32. However, it will work for both.

I'm interested in the Brooks, What do you think?

Ok, I've found all the bits. the pulley spins just fine, as I say, only light use. This comes in a kit, with spacers and a 16t cog, for converting an 8/9 speed cassette. I don't have the spacers (well, I do, but you can't have then ;-p ) but I do have the 16t if you want it?

And I did mean part-ex...

Sorry I may un-dibs those tyres as they look like they should be used just on tracks not roads, so I reckon not suitable for what I want. Also have the rims ever been built up into wheels and then dismantled again? thanks Harley

The rims are brand new, never built.

I hear what you're saying about the tyres. I used the same model of tyre all summer last year. I had them on for probably 5 months with restrained skidding. They were fine and are still going to come back out next year. If you're a heavy skidder though they probably wouldn't last that long. And the reason I'm not riding them now is because they're a bit slippy when it gets really wet on the road.

But great summer tyres for the road.

@casaBLANKA... Yep all there. Came off some Dura Ace hubs I bought, I swapped it for a 9-speed so it was still in good nick. A PM is your way.
