So you think she should be locked up for 14 years because she may not have fainted though there is no evidence either way. Can you catagorically say she is guilty of causing death by wreckless driving and lock her away for the next 14 years, based on an article in the Daily Mail?
This is a typicaly poorly written peice by the Mail, they pointed out she was in "her luxury Range Rover" and that "Johnson, who lives in a £300,000 house" which makes absolutely no difference to the case or sad story anyway.
