  • i was just about to say same after checking charge site geo, winstanleys dont seem to match. ah well

  • geometry and fit is over rated

  • Is it just me, or are these really fucking cheap??

  • well, i'm sticking to mine pre-ordered at wiggle until I start to see some stock coming out

  • why are we (uk) getting stock after the u.s!

    eh!

    silly charge

  • Gonna order mine from winstanleys, maybe with identiti park forks.
Anyone know if they take euro bb? So i can run my wombolt?

  • yeah they can take a euro bb

  • is winstanleys fo real?
and black fork? whats that all about?

  • Seemed pretty damn real when I rang them up.

  • sickk, everyones going scissor crazy!
    im ordering mine tomorrow :)

  • I'm so excited about getting mine, picking up the 48h shop 14 trick hubs next weekend to go on it.

  • ohhhh shiiit
    how much are they?
i havent heard anything about them
    you gona use 29ers?

  • £200 a set, they have larger bearings than goldtecs and all stainless steel nuts/washers which is pretty useful if you'll be taking the wheels off loads (as I will be doing for polo). They'll be getting laced to 700c rigida sputniks.

  • Ed, what are the hubs?

  • shop 14 ones, they are similar to goldtecs but with a few improvements.

  • do we have a pic for them?

  • they are very similar to the new goldtec ones. do you know what are the improvements over the goldtec?

  • those look like they got 8mm allen bolts, same a crank bolts

  • I really like the look of the scissor frame and fork but other that the price gap, is there much difference in the cutter vol 3.5 and this scissor?

Larger bearings and stainless steel washers.

im writing this on things i kind of remember...
i think the cutter has toe overlap when you barspin and your crank is horizontal.
i think the scissor is the same strenght, if not a litle stronger.
    cheaper!
    id go with the scissor

  • It does not have that fall back of a life time guarantee thought, I do like to fund a nice British bike company though, does anyone know if TED likes to ride the 14 bikes freestyle ride or the scissor?

  • i'm thinking Scissor frame and 14 trick forkk..

  • hows about we all go on a scissor ride?
