If your road frame/forks need a 1" threaded headset then yes...

Won't work, the cups are too big to go in the head tube of a 1" road frame

If you are ever in doubt check Sheldon Browns website .BMX 1inch headset 32.7 cups ,road bike 30.2 cups.I would have said yes before I checked

Just get a standard Shimano 105
I have one on my Fuji and it's done really well. Quite cheap, too.
Hi, can anyone confirm for me whether or not this headset would be suitable for a road frame?
