Does anyone else find their website frustrating? It's not very fluid and it's impossible to find stuff. I see it's been updated, but it's even worse now.
E.g I wanted a closer look at the double toe clip and can't enlarge the image. I wanted to find out how much your rims and spokes are, but nadda. Also couldn't see a picture of the Brass knuckle.

Now I'm just going to have to come in to the shop again (which I don't particularity enjoy).

Sorry its taken so long (too long really to be of any help) to get back and answer any questions.

• Website: What you see now is not a new website. Its the old one thats crashed. Its fucked, and we can't get it fixed untill next week. I'm sorry. I know the current website isn't great, and the new crashed one is worse. There will be a new one with full online store in the next few months (hopefully).

• Weekend opening times are: Sat: 11-7 and Sun 11-6. Weekdays are all 9-7.

• There are only three front Gold tecs in the shop. 2 pairs of somas. 2 grande compe fronts and 1 halo. Thats all I'm afraid. Its a real clear all the remainders out kinda sale. Somas are £50 a pair. Goltecs £40 each and I can't remember the others. Like £25 each I think.

• The sale was meant to officialy launch on sunday with you guys getting a heads up for saturday afternoon. But the website guy put the wrong details up, and I have just spent a 16hr days rushing to get everything done for start on Saturday. I know. Colossal fuck up. I'm shattered. So yeah, sale starts at 11 tomorrow (which is technically today).

• Schwins will be £435

• Charge spoons are £16 not 15 as mentioned. Also my bad.

• We also have cinelli Road Criteium bars for £25, BLB cranks discounted, Pac pags are all 15-20% off now, nitto bars, road bars, £65 messenger bags and lots of other reduced things that I can't remember. Oh and dbl leather straps.

• I know we haven't always had the best P.R. here or elsewhere in the past. Some of that criticsm is very fair, some isn't and most is a misunderstanding resulting from cultural differences, but I am trying my best to turn this around in some way. If you have had a bad experience at the shop i am sorry, and you can always PM me on here and I can explain a few things and see if we can make it up to you. I do want to try and work on improving customer experiences and so welcome feedback or whathave you via PM. I don't want to clog the forum with threads etc. The sale may be very busy over the next few days, and we are regretably very shortstaffed at the moment due to illness, so if you can please bare with us. Saturday will be better staffed then sunday.

All sale items are while stocks last, and many are of limited or very limited stock. Arrive early to avoid disapointment.

I hope that answers a few questions and clears up a thing or two.

The new frame BLB have in stock does look pretty nice, especially the lovely mixte.

How will the green aeroooospoke be?

If the Cinelli criteriums are 65/42 with no cable grooves could you put some aside for me?

BlueQuinn, I have some 65/42's in good condition if you want? I have them matched with a 95mm cinelli 1A (i think) stem in great nick.
