So this came with the Gazelle I bought, but I don't really see myself using it...
Its lighter than a ladybird- a honeycomb Aluminium structure, and the aero-signature of the wheel is so small its ridiculous.
Needs a new tub (current tub has a slow puncture). and has had a few shots to it- one piercing the cloth exterior.
None of these are more than little indentations- most likely from chain jumps and don't affect structural properties (as far as I've been told).
Runs perfectly true, and sounds like the devil possessed when you get up to speed.
It's designed for ON TRACK use- there is NO lockring, but is designed as a track wheel- not converted over.
Its really pretty when the sun shines through the honeycomb pattern, but has some stickers on that need to come off.
Postage Anywhere is £13- Parcelforce 48, in a box with padding.
Pick up from Putney- London town
It is for Tubular Tyres and comes with the sprocket which I think is 13/14T, but will check in the morning
£100.
