I'd go for a 56 (I'm 6ft and have one) as Langsters have a long head-tube so handlebars are higher than virtually all other frames. They come with 100mm stems as standard, meaning that you can fit a 120mm stem if you need to be more stretched out. The steel and ally frames have the same geometry, other than the sloping top-tube.
