Use the carbon paste. Carbon and metals tend to seize with an almost chemical weld. Believe me. I've "lost" a very decent Ali frame after this happened. Tried everything from EVERY website and forum before it literally exploded in the frame. It was my fault for not lubing it.. Story of my life
