Best and cheapest way is to use a seat post with expander (like quill type handlebar stem).
Not that dangerous is a seat post is used that is long enough (passing top tube and seat stays connection and a few cm extra for safety). Very inconvenient tho'.
The seller is honest enough to show it on the picture and to describe it:
