the other day was pulled over by police man he told me it was £500 fine and that he had just this week had to "scrape" two cyclists off the pavement because they ran red lights the first was hit by a truck, and the other hit a pedestrian. The collision with the ped must have killed the cyclist because he didn't explain any further.
I explained that i wasn't runnning the red but there was no bike zone so i had gone out ahead so as to be infront of traffic, he told me not to ride a bike in london if i was scared of traffic.
