Waited till today to do Lofty. Only about 26 degrees. Nice way to kick off the new year. Did it fixed which, on the way up, wasn't too painful on the body, but was on the lungs (probably still recovering from the holiday fun), and pretty fucking exciting on the way down! Span out a few times and was glad to have a front brake at some of the tight corners. Shedload of roadies about of course (freewheeling all the way down, the bastards). May give it a go on a road bike next time.
