@James - I can't offer much in terms of legal/organisational know-how but if you need a pair of hands for loading/unloading/shifting stuff then I'm more than happy to help out.
Depending on the great british weather and thus outside loitering room, the C&H could accomodate quite a large group of us I'd think, especially if the room upstairs is open too.
