No problems, it's just that when i'm lining the wheel up in the dropouts, I usually aim to have it in the middle of the chainstays, as it's the easiest way to make sure it's straight, it's just that you can't do that in this case as the hub isn't in the centre, well mine isn't as that would've given me a crap chainline. Hasn't caused any problems though, just go for it, it'll be fine.
