why don't you contact Rapha ? from what i know, most, if not all, of their employees ride bikes, and are kitted out in the clothes you need

Nice try sol, but you know, girls work at Rapha and everyone knows girls can't ride bikes or look stylish on them. They CAN pose with a boys bike if they are only wearing underwear, though.
